Supreme Court, Tuesday, May 2.—The Court met at 10 A. M. Present—Associate Justices Willard and Wright.

Mary Mobley, executrix, vs. N. R. Eaves. Appeal abandoned.

J. D. Cuskey, sheriff, vs. William McMullan. Continued.

The cases of N. Webster vs. Brown & Hammett, and the South Carolina Manufacturing Company vs. J. P. Price, were, on motion of Mr. Bobo, ordered to be docketed.

R. S. Gilliam, plaintiff in error, vs. W. S. McJunkin, defendant in error. Mr. Moorman was heard for the plaintiff in error. Mr. Steedman for defendant in error. Mr. Wallace on same side. Mr. Fair in reply.

James Quinn et al., administrators, vs. John F. Hart et al. Motion granted. New trial ordered by consent.

J. J. Blackwood et al., executors, vs. W. J. Clawson. Mr. Wilson read brief for appellants. Mr. Melton was heard for respondent. Mr. Moore for appellants.

At 3 P. M. the Court adjourned until Wednesday, 3d, 10 A. M.
