JOHN G. COOK FILES MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL

John G. Cook, administrator for his son, Robert Cook, deceased, who lost his $10,000 personal damage suit against the city last week in the district court for the death of his son, who was killed by a live wire in West Beatrice in 1919, filed a motion for a new trial in the district court Tuesday afternoon, setting forth the usual allegations why he should be granted a new trial.

The case was bitterly contested last week before Judge Colby instructed the jury to find for the defendant city.
