MONTREAL--A heavy schedule of work all thru the winter is reported by A. A. Pigeon, publicity chairman Lodge 490, who adds that expectations are for continued heavy load thru November of this year.
Despite a slack recently, work on a new yard at St. Luc promises increasing work later.
Many members have been on sick leave thru the winter, and all have returned except members L. Martin, E. Bachar, Lauzon and Hodge, said Pigeon.
Members of 490 have all been grateful for the protection of BRT insurance, and Pigeon reports that he is thankful for prompt settlement recently of his disability claim for $250.
