Fourth Congressional District.
The Democratic Executive Committee of the Fourth Congressional District met at Winona last Tuesday and was called to order by Hon. T. M. Sisson, chairman.
August 23 was fixed as the date for holding the primary election.
September 13 was fixed for holding second primary, provided one is necessary.
The following resolution was unanimously adopted:
"Resolved, by the Executive Committee of the Fourth Congressional District of Mississippi, That we unhesitatingly indorse the course pursued by Hon. W. S. Hill in the Congress of the United States, and especially commend him for his uncompromising stand on all public questions."
