We hear a Gentleman, who has been 22 years in the West-Indies and North-America, has been six times examined by the Lords of Trade and Plantations, upon his knowledge of Florida, Louisiana and the Mississippi, thro' most of which he has travelled several times, and has given their Lordships a very exact and distinct account, with a plan of dividing the grounds so as in all time after to prevent disputes among proprietors, which happens to be too frequent the case in the colonies of North-America.
