APPOINTMENTS BY THE PRESIDENT

By and with the advice and consent of the Senate

Thomas Gillespie, to be Register of the Land Office for the District of lands subject to sale at Tiffin, in the State of Ohio, vice B. Gardner who was commissioned during the recess of the Senate, and rejected, vice Wm. Brush, removed.

Morgan Neville, to be receiver of Public Moneys at Cincinnati, District in the State of Ohio, who was commissioned subject to sale during a recess of the Senate, and rejected, vice Andrew M. Baily, removed.

Seldon Clarke, to be Appraiser of Goods for the Port of New Orleans, in the state of Louisiana, vice Abraham H. Inskeep, removed.

William S. Coe, to be Appraiser of Goods for the Port of New York, in the state of New-York, vice Frederick Jenkins, removed.
