Tuesday afternoon the students of the high school gathered in the high school assembly to discuss the question of a 1938 high school annual. The problem was discussed from all angles and any student who had an idea of the subject was free to speak. After much debate, the question was put to a vote with the result that 99 of the students agreed to buy an annual if one was put out.
This forum was Libby Hi's first experiment with student government, the entire forum being in charge of the students. The result was highly satisfactory and it was decided that next week the high school will vote for a student cabinet to conduct such forums on all questions requiring the student vote.
