VIENNA, (the capital City of the Circle of Austria, and of the German Empire) June 17.

Count Lacy is arrived here from the army of Count Daun; as is also an officer from the Russian army.

It is believed that the former comes to take the final instruction of the court, with respect to the campaign; and that the latter brings the account so long expected, of the situation that the Russians are in, and the measures they are about to take for Seconding the Marshal's designs.
