Williams, plying weekly between this port and Ware river, Gloucester county, left here on Friday at noon, and was next day fallen in with, off Back river, bottom up. Assistance was obtained, and she was towed into Back river the next day and righted and pumped out. The body of Capt. Williams was found lashed to the shrouds!
