The strong Party now forming in Order once more to bring on the Question of short Parliaments, however seemingly well intended, a Correspondent says, can only prove, as usual, a Tub to the Whale, whilst Placemen and Pensioners constitute so large a Portion of the House. In November last the Parliament assembled, for the Consideration and Dispatch of Business; and this is now the Month of March, though they appear to be considering still how they shall make a handsome Retreat to their Country Seats, and enable themselves to renew their Farce of Much ado about Nothing, with Profit and Security the ensuing Winter.
