The Boston Patriots are again amusing themselves in fomenting a Quarrel with the Mother Country; the Crown has, it seems, lately made its Governours judiciously independent on the American Assemblies. This has greatly nettled the Fabii and Decii of the Massachusetts Bay; they insist that the King's maintaining the Governour's Establishment is an Inversion of their Constitution, and they have spiritedly voted the English Ministers who gave that Advice little less than Traitors to the Crown and Enemies to the People.
