(The subsequent sketch of an eminent legal character in Maryland, together with its companion piece, which will appear in our next, have rewarded our attention, and will probably attract the attention of the Publick. They are drawn with freedom and fidelity. They are honourable to the Original—, they are honourable to the ingenious Man, who, as we have sufficient reason to believe, is the Delineator He is qualified from his classical attainments and from his skill in forensick studies, to do full justice to the Gentleman, whom he thus delights to honour. He promises an immediate continuation of his labours, and from our knowledge of his application, as well as his Genius, he has both the inclination and the power to keep his word.
