ST. George, (in Grenada) March 27. Yesterday his Majesty's ship the Lynx, Capt. Scott, and the schooner Delight, a flag of truce, returned to this Port, from Margaretta and Cumana, on the Spanish Main, whither they had been dispatched to claim some slaves that had made their escape from Carriacou and other Islands in this government: But, instead of meeting with that justice and civility which they had a right to expect, the Governors at both places, we are told, treated them with the greatest haughtiness and contempt, and refused to give them the smallest satisfaction. !!!
