Spartanburg, Sept. 4.—Suit for $20,000 has been filed against the Piedmont and Northern Railway by C. G. Seay as administrator of the estate of P. N. Waters, Spartanburg man, deceased, who on the night of March 3d, 1924, was run over by a P. & N. freight train while walking a trestle at Williamston. The body was cut up so badly that it was several days before the identity of the man could be established. The suit has been filed with the Clerk of Court of Greenville County.
