"ROMNEY JUSTIFIED IN BATTLING GUY NUNN"
From "As Our Readers See It," Free Press, Oct. 10

"DISGUSTED," who wrote that George Romney was
"arrogant, ignorant and plain disgusting" for defending
the truth from Guy Nunn, ought to have his head examined. I, for one, would rather have a governor who fights
for his rights, not a loafer who takes things in stride.
If "Disgusted" wanted to see a real comedy he should
have tuned in the week before when
John Spoon-fed Gus Scholle's
Puppet [Swainson]
with questions and he responded in well-rehearsed form.
