Still Arresting Cigarette Smokers.

Prosser, Wash.—Prosser authorities are still after the cigarette smoker. Saturday night, Night Marshal Winter arrested T. E. Hamblin, of Seattle and William Wren of Portland for smoking them. Hamblin, it developed, was a member of the I. O. O. F. in good standing, and the local lodge came to his assistance, his fine was paid and he was released. It was different with Wren, however. He did not happen to belong to any fraternal organization and, being out of money, had to languish in the county jail in lieu of the fine.
