A resolution was moved in the House of Representatives yesterday, by Mr. Clarke—the purport of which is, to interdict all commercial intercourse between the United States and Great Britain, until reparation and satisfaction be made to the Citizens of the United States, for the losses occasioned by the depredations and spoliations of British cruisers on the commerce of this country—and until the Western Posts shall be delivered up. The resolution to take effect from the day it is laid on the table.
