LATEST FROM FRANCE.
Our Marine News announce the arrival at Portland, of the brig Leo, Capt. Libby, in 29 days from Bordeaux. Captain L. was informed, 'that an army of 600,000 men had been raised for the next campaign against Russia; and that Bonaparte was about leaving Paris to join them.'
*As the country was pretty well exhausted of clothing, to supply the armies lately in Russia, and the few who returned must have been as ragged as Falstaff's regiment, we presume these 600,000 men are to be dressed in 'buckram suits.'
