More "Non-Intervention."

The Union, indignant at our exposure of its indifference to the opinions of the Democratic candidate for the office of Governor of Pennsylvania, retorts by addressing to us certain queries as to the opinions of Mr. FILLMORE. As that gentleman is not before the public as a candidate for office, we can see no particular obligation upon him to respond. If he were, we should insist that he reply "himself." Having just condemned this practice in another, we have no inclination to make a Pennsylvanian of ourselves by acting as a proxy.
