Friday night Jim Hubbard, who lives in the south part of the city had a horse stolen from his lot and Mr. Alexander who lives in the same neighborhood is also loser to the extent of a set of harness. Mr. Hubbard was up town until about 10 o'clock on that night, and on his return home discovered the animal had been taken. There is no clue as to the thief.

LATER-Mr. Hubbard found his horse some two miles from town where it had evidently been turned loose if it had been stolen.
