Public Administrator

H. V. Clinton, who needs no introduction to the Standard's readers, is the Republican candidate for public administrator, having been appointed by the Central Committee to make the race in the place of A. M. Trolson, the convention nominee, who, by reason of heavy business interests, could ill-spare the time required by the duties of this important office.

Mr. Clinton has been a resident of Churchill county for the past four years, and of Nevada for nearly twenty years. He is well qualified both by uprightness and business qualifications to perform the duties of public administrator, and his claim for recognition should receive the careful consideration of the voters.
