How must the breast of every Englishman exult with becoming pride (says a correspondent) when he reflects on the mighty powers of this little kingdom, favoured, as one may truly say, by Heaven! Opposed by a host of Powers united with an Empire in Rebellion, unaided by a single Ally (for all the neighbouring nations stand aloof, trembling with doubt and fear for our existence) she stems the torrent, and bursts her thunder on her foes, and crushes the most formidable rebellion at the enormous distance of 3000 miles!
