IN COURTS
OFFICERS OF COMPANY
TO ANSWER INDICTMENTS PREFERRED BY GRAND JURY.

By the Associated Press.

Chicago, Oct. 20—S. C. Pandolfo, head of the Pan-Motor company of St. Cloud, Minn., and twelve other officials of the corporation, charged with conspiracy and using the mails to defraud in the sale of the $7,000,000 of stock in the concern, will be placed on trial before a judge on October 23d. The trial was set for today, but was postponed by agreement. The indictments charged the defendants with having sold stock to 60,000 persons. On September 26, Judge Landis entered an order warning the attorneys for the corporation against intimidating or communicating with the government's witnesses.
