Oil City, Pa., Jan. 19.-For the first time in the history of the Chautauqua division of the Pennsylvania Railroad, the officials find it impossible to keep the tracks clear of snow on the line between Corry and Dunkirk, which has been abandoned. Between these points the snow is piled as high as the roofs of the coaches.
The Pittsburg express which left Buffalo at 8 oclock last night, arrived here today over 15 hours late, via the Erie.
The Buffalo express on the Allegheny Valley, leaving Pittsburg at 9 oclock tonight will be sent from this city to Buffalo over the River Division by way of Olean and the express from Buffalo will reach this city over the same route.
No freight trains have been sent out from Oil City since Wednesday of last week.
