The Abbe de la Ville, who is charged with the Affairs of France during the Absence of the Marquis de Fenelon, has made the same Declaration on the Part of his Most Christian Majesty; but the Ministers of Spain and Sardinia have not taken the same Measures, whence tis conjectur'd, that those Two Courts are dissatisfied with some Articles in the Treaty which they refuse to sign, and choose rather to abide by their particular Conventions made with the Imperial Court.
