Count d'Ulfeldt has, by Express, at length received from Vienna, the Plan of Accommodation for settling the Succession to the Duchies of Juliers and Bergues, in order to be communicated to the States-General: But as the French Ambassador continues at Paris, from whence he is expected in a few Days, the Imperial Minister has not yet thought proper to communicate the same, but has inform'd the President of the Week, that the Treaty of Peace between the Emperor, France, Spain, and the Court of Turin, was drawn up; and that when sign'd, which will be very shortly, the whole of it will be laid before the Maritime Powers for their Concurrence.

The Abbe de la Ville, who is charged with the Affairs of France during the Absence of the Marquis de Fenelon, has made the same Declaration on the Part of his Most Christian Majesty; but the Ministers of Spain and Sardinia have not taken the same Measures, whence tis conjectur'd, that those Two Courts are dissatisfied with some Articles in the Treaty which they refuse to sign, and choose rather to abide by their particular Conventions made with the Imperial Court.
