From the Aurora of this morning,

When John Q. Adams, the son of our President was taken from the Hague, and sent to Berlin on a new appointment with a new outfit, we suggested, that he would be made to perform the circuit through the Northern Courts of Europe, with a new outfit at each removal; as such business would be found more profitable than any he could follow at home, and as it was the duty of every father to provide handsomely for his son, especially when it could be done at the public expence. Our hint has been taken and John Q. Adams has been appointed for Stockholm. This appointment was ratified by the Senate a few days ago, after a tough contest, in which several interesting questions arose, some of which were carried by a bare majority. We are glad to find a stand made in Senate against a spirit of extravagance and partiality so glaring; it will teach Mr. Adams, that even some of his friends in the Senate have some regard to character and decency, and are not ready to go all lengths with him.
