HIT-SKIP CHARGE FILED AGAINST RICHWOOD MAN

Benjamin Ransome, Richwood, Rt. 2 was to appear in Marion municipal court this morning on a charge of failure to stop after an accident early Saturday. Ransome was picked up at his home later in the day by Highway Patrolman H. G. Ramsey and posted $50 bond to appear in court today.

Patrolman Ramsey said Ransome was involved in an accident on Route 4, in front of the Innas Inn, near Marion, in which his car and the other one were both damaged. Driver of the other car got Ransome's license number and reported it.
