FORT WAYNE MAN WINS TITLE TO MCCRAY ASSETS

Title to a large portion of the assets of former Governor Warren T. McCray, who is serving a 10-year sentence in the federal prison at Atlanta, Ga., on a charge of using the mails to defraud, has been vested in Attorney R. Earl Peters, of Fort Wayne, as trustee in bankruptcy for the former governor, by a decision of Judge Robert C. Baltzell, judge of the federal court.

The securities held by the "Goodrich pool" as collateral for the $350,000 loan which several financiers made to McCray were not assigned, but Judge Baltzell set March 16 as the date for a hearing on the petition of Peters to set aside the pool agreement.
