Enterprise. There is sent forth from this village a thing, a mere retailer of radical canards, but which pretends to be a newspaper published in the English language. This thing went to press last week without one word in its columns in regard to the great and glorious triumph of the Democracy in Connecticut—not one word about the equally clean Democratic sweep in Madison—not one word about the tremendous and overwhelming gains of the Democracy in Milwaukee! As well might its radical readers look for truth at the bottom of a well as look for news in its columns! Poor radicals, we condole with you, so much so that we offer you the Pilot at the exceedingly low rate of $2.00 per year, in advance.
