Adams' Case Against Charleston and
Western Carolina Company.
Macon, Ga., March 24.-The intervention
of Robert S. Adams and the Charleston
and Western Carolina Railroad, growing
out of the old cases of the Farmers' Loan
and Trust Company of New York versus
the Central Railroad and Banking Com-
pany of Georgia, and 'vice versa will
come up in the United States Court to-
morrow on exceptions to the report of
Special Master George W. Owens. The
property of the present Central of Geor-
gia Railroad Company is held by the
master to be subject to the claims against
the old company for trust funds from the
Port Royal and Augusta Railroad Com-
pany, which it is alleged were misapplied
and to this the Central road takes ex-
ceptions.
