CADIZ, Oct. 10. Christopher Laurentzer, Captain of the Danish packet boat, the Concord, arrived here on the 5th, and who sailed from Ostend on the 6th of September, has declared, that near Barbazier, an English privateer of eight guns, made a signal for him to slack sail, which having obeyed, eight men from the privateer came on board him, seized all his papers and cargo, dragged him out of his cabin and rummaged the packet boat without permitting him to speak to any body; they also broke open two boxes of lace, and took that away also; that about seven or eight in the evening they returned in a great body, sword in hand, drove every body into corners, forced the Captain into his cabin, which they seized, and carried off several pieces of cloth.
