A number of building permits were secured yesterday afternoon for buildings which will be erected in East St. Louis this fall:

Mrs. Mattie Murray, 2807 State street, a garage; cost $1,200.

Ezra Aubrey, 614 North Eightysixth street, cottage: cost $1,250.

M. Esserman, change store fronts at 435-37 Collinsville avenue: A. B. Frankel, architect: cost $2,000.

Geo. Schlosser, Seventeenth and College, alteration on brick residence; cost $1,500.

Mrs. Anna Kapphahn, 535 Gray boulevard, brick residence: cost $4,900.

Robert Voelker, 2441 Missouri avenue, cottage: cost $1,200.
