PARIS, FEB. 10.

Extract from the Registers of deliberation of the Consuls of the Republic.

"Paris, Feb. 7.

The Consuls of the Republic in consequence of the Report of the minister of the Interior, having also heard the opinion of the Council of State, decrees as follows :

"Article I. The result of the votes given with respect to the Constitution, shall be proclaimed, published, and posted up in all the Communes of the Republic.

"2. A national festival shall be celebrated in all the Communes of the Republic, in honor of the acceptance of the Constitution, and expressly designed as a national consecration of the Union of the French.

"3. This festival shall be celebrated in the decade following the complete pacification of the Western Departments.

"4. The Minister of the Interior is charged with the execution of the present decree, which shall be inserted in the bulletin of the laws, and in the report of the ministers."
