More French Depredations.

The ship Charlotte, Cooke, arrived at this port on Wednesday last, from Cadiz, having fallen in on her passage with a French squadron, commanded by Ferritier, who put on board the Charlotte 25 Americans, belonging to different vessels, which they had captured, and either burnt or sunk! Among those unfortunate men, were Capt. Gray, of brig Pizzarro, of New-York; Capt. Kelly, of ship Mercury, of do.; Capt. Curtis, of brig Adventure, of Boston, and Capt. Waite, of ship Superior, Portland—all which vessels had been most wantonly destroyed by those French freebooters—Prov. Phen.
