Full Text

We hear that two of the Villains which are now in Gaol here for Robbery, by the Description given of them, had been concerned in several Rogueries in
New-York, viz. John Wilson and George Sears, who were condemned to be whipp'd thro' that City, at a Cart's Tail. Wilson was pardoned on condition of his executing the Sentence on Sears, and then were both ordered out of Town.

It would undoubtedly be highly serviceable to the Public, if such Accounts, and exact Descriptions of the Persons of all convicted Rogues were published by Authority in every Government.
