John Flynn, 27 years old, "switch healer," had five charges of practicing medicine without a license dismissed today.
The charges were dropped at the request of the police and Walter Drews, state medical inspector.
Drop Five Counts.
Drews and the police agreed that the former Marquette university student had received sufficient punishment with the one to two year sentence to the house of correction recently imposed. He was convicted of taking indecent liberties with women.
The dropping of the five charges means that the state is through with its prosecution of Flynn.
