Electors of Rhode-Island!
To-Morrow will be the important day on which you will assemble to manifest your opinion of Men and Measures, by the exercise of the elective franchise. From the performance of this sacred duty, we hope no local collisions--no considerations of private interest will deter you. We trust that in re-electing the gentlemen composing the AMERICAN PROV., by an overwhelming majority, you will convince the administration that Rhode-Island continues decidedly opposed to the ruinous measures they have adopted. that Rhode-Island, who spilt her blood in a good cause, will never waste it in a bad one.
