Charlotte Man Elected President Of War Dads

CHARLOTTE, April 22.—(AP)—

Robert E. Smith of Charlotte, yesterday was elected president of the North Carolina Association of American War Dads at the organization meeting here.

Other officers included J. T. Fesperman of Kannapolis, vice president; E. H. Stewart of Charlotte, secretary, and J. Y. Pharr of Concord, and Rev. A. E. Peek of Canton.

A council for the four congressional districts of the State was named and includes Walter G. Stuart of Raleigh, C. M. Llewellyn of Concord, P. B. York of Canton and Clarence O. Kuester of Charlotte.
