Vivid Description of A Row In The House.

The special Washington correspondent Cleveland Plaindealer writes:

"At once there rose so wild a yell, etc."

This is a little ahead of any thing yet.- Buffalo runners in steam boat times would stand no more chance here than a bob-tailed bull in fly time. I can see the gavel going but can't hear it. Now I am sorry I used the comparison of the bobtailed bull so soon. Here is a first rate place for it. What a voice that Tom Florence has got. The Speaker cries ORDER! Florence cries Mr. SPEAKER? One story Washburn cries PRIV- ILEGE. Question! "PREVIOUS QUESTION." POINT OF ORDER," ring all over the house. Keitt lays back and smiles so loud that you could hear him in your office if you would listen-This in all for "pure cussedness," as Ed, Wade would say The Speaker will probably send for big gong with a nigger to ring it. "These is times." Motion to adjourn, which luckily is always in order, brings a calm. Adjourned till Friday.
