Only ten marriage licenses were
issued during the past week ending
Monday at noon from the offices of
the Clerk of the circuit court, bringing
the total for the month of February
thus far to 17.
"At this rate" Mr. A. G. Ross
deputy clerk, stated, the total for the
entire month will be far below normal."
Four licenses issued were
marked "don't publish."
