In Canton, President McKinley Awaits the Election.

Canton, O., Nov. 2.—President and Mrs. McKinley joined a party of friends and neighbors at a dinner party this evening at the home of Miss Buckingham, daughter of the minister who married them. Judge and Mrs. Day were among the guests. There was the usual number of callers at the McKinley home today. Consul to Liverpool, Jas. Boyle, who was McKinley's private secretary while he was Governor, reached the city this evening to pay his respects.
