Washington County Court.

This Court, after a session of two weeks, adjourned on Saturday last. The three Shillingslaws, father and three sons, against whom indictments were found, were sentenced to the State's prison for a term of years, as follows:

The father for two years—the two elder sons for five years each, and the youngest for one.

The two Parks, taken on bail, were tried, and the jury disagreed. One of them, however, was tried for adultery, and the cause is appealed to the Supreme Court.
