MASSACHUSETTS LEGISLATURE.

The Vacancies In The Senate were all filled on Friday morning, in Convention, by the choice of 20 National Republican Senators.

We subjoin a list of the persons chosen: Suffolk— John Cotton, George Blake. Middlesex—Nathaniel Austin, Nath'l Wright, Daniel Shattuck, Sidney Willard, Elihu Cutler. Berkshire—Edward Stevens, Thos. B. Strong. Nantucket—David Joy. Hampden—Patrick Bois, James Byers. Plymouth—Artemas Hale, Isaac L. Hedge. Essex—Gideon Barstow, Sam'l Merrill, Josiah Newhall, Wm. Nichols, Jesse Kimball, Robert Hooper.

The Senate now consists of 33 National Republicans, 1 Jacksonman and 6 anti-Masons. The house stands at present (says the Advertiser,) 297 National Republicans, 135 anti-Masons and 126 Jacksonmen,— giving the former a majority of 31.
VOTES FOR GOVERNOR. The whole number of votes legally returned for Governor is 62,474; necessary to a choice; 31,238.
