San Francisco (A)—Federal conciliators said they had no immediate plans for any meetings aimed at ending the West Coast strike of AFL sailors.

Picket lines at Pacific ports have tied up at least 23 ships. The sailors walked off their ships Friday after the Pacific Maritime Association rejected a demand for a five per cent wage increase and overtime on Saturdays.

Kodiak—O. H. Kimbal, Alaska Steamship Company agent, received notice Thursday that the June 4 and 18 sailing of the Denali had been cancelled. The ship has not been in port here since last fall.
