American Prisoners—For Sale!
Sunk to the lowest depth of depravity, the British government tramples the laws of civilized society under foot, and disdains to be governed by those usages and customs which have heretofore regulated the transactions between christian nations.
The following attempt to 'drive a traffic,' is another item to her list of enormities and crimes—If ever circumstances required the exercise of the President's retaliatory power, they do now. This power must be enforced, or we are disgraced.
