The latest foreign intelligence within our reach is embraced in advices from Vienna of the 5th. The news from that quarter continues as unsatisfactory and full of contradictions as ever.

Paris and Guyon, surrounded by Russians, continue to escape.

The London News says, that the Hungarian General Dembenski rendered with his army to Paskewitz, on the 25th, the day given by the Russian Commander, that the Emperor, the Czar, would guarantee the independence of Hungary. and the latest intelligence confirms nothing to raise a doubt that Klapka still holds Comorn. One account affirms that an action took place between Raab and Comorn, in which the Magyars obtained some advantages.

Jellachich, had arrived at Temesvar. He is said to have met with no opposition on his way, and found the roads covered with arms and stores, which had been abandoned in consequence of the defeat of the Magyars.

The decision of the Emperor concerning the surrender of Georgy's corps, is that they be dismissed to their homes, and that the officers be submitted to a court martial.

It is rumored that Kossuth had been captured on the frontiers of Wallachia. Another account from Turkey assures us, that Bem and Kossuth arrived at Constantinople, where they had embarked on a British vessel.

A letter from Georgy to Klapka, directing a surrender of Comorn, assigns no reason for his order other than that he had become convinced of the hopelessness of the cause, and that he was desirous of giving peace to his country, which was expedient to save it from utter destruction.

The authorities state that a letter from Kossuth has been found, which contains a frank statement that the Magyar cause was irrevocably lost.

The Russian Minister in France, in a formal note has given an assurance to the French Government that the Emperor had not thought of territorial aggrandizement, and that he will retire with his troops the moment the Hungarians shall have laid down their arms.
