John Savy, the Person mentioned in the Letter from Falmouth, who was sent from Lisbon by Lord Tyrawley, on board the Packet Boat, is now secur'd in Pendennis Castle; he owns that he had undertaken to guide the Spaniards in their invading of Carolina and Georgia; the former of which Countries he is very well acquainted with, being a Carolina Man. He is Son in-Law to one Capt. Green, who trades from Charles-Town amongst the Indians; and who was busy in stirring up Differences between Carolina and Georgia.
