Dr. J. F. Reese, of Lenoir, is president of the Society this year. Dr. G. Fred Hale, of Raleigh, is president-elect. Dr. W. T. Smith, of Wilmington, is vice-president, Dr. Frank O. Alford, of Charlotte is secretary-treasurer.
Dr. D. L. Pridgen, of Fayetteville, will preside over a conference for past residents on Tuesday morning, May 3.
Dr. Amos S. Bumgardner, of Charlotte, will lecture on dental service at 11 o'clock Tuesday morning and will conduct a clinic Tuesday afternoon on orthodontia for the general practitioner.
Dr. W. D. Lanier, who is Chief Dental Officer, Veterans Administration Facility at Oteen, will present a paper at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning on "Sulfanilanide in the Treatment of Oral Infection."
