If there are others wishing to contribute we urge that checks be sent in at once. These dollars are put to work at once, without any argument as to what they shall be called. Regardless of whether they should properly be termed "dole" or whatnot, the Red Cross recognizes in this, as in other great national crises only the call of human need. Instead of quibbling over terms, those in charge are speedily and efficiently filling empty stomachs, warming cold bodies, and relieving bodily suffering.
