BURNS AS HEARING
IS HELD IN CASE

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., APRIL 17—Tale of testimony was completed today at the inquest held by county Coroner Dr. Paul F. Robison, to determine the cause of the death of Miss Madge Oberholtzer, 28, who in an antemortem statement accused D. C. Stephenson, former dragon of the Ku Klux Klan, with attacking her.

As the coroner's inquest was being brought to a close, local officials started an investigation of a mysterious fire which caused $20,000 damage early today to Stephenson's home in Irvington, a suburb. Fire department officials, who searched the house, told of finding several receptacles ranging in size from one to 12 gallons and all containing a mixture of gasoline and oil.
